We do our best to prevent and protect our customers information by using the best and most up-to-date security for internet and electronic communications.
For improving our services, we may gather limited information of products sold and costs to customers.
Our Policy on Best Before and Expiry Dates
Northern Food Services will do our best to provide customers with the best possible Best Before Date, available. We remind customers that these are Best Before, not an Expiry Date.
Items may arrive with limited Best Before Dates, when we have a limitation regarding either the Best Before or Expiry Dates, we will reach out and confirm with customer prior to shipping. If we are unable to reach customers, we reserve the right to decide on shipping product, based on the type of product being sold.
Our Policy on Shipping
Customers will have to arrange and pay for Shipping Goods prior to delivery of goods.
The risk of delay, lost, and damage can happen at anytime of the year, Northern Food Services will not take responsibility for any product damaged, delayed or lost once delivered to the customers chosen carrier.
Return Policy
All returns or credits must be reviewed and approved by General Manager this includes both in town and out of town shipments.
Delivery Charges
Out-of-town Customers:
To help reduce the shipping costs for out-of-town customers, Northern Food Services will not charge for regular delivery to carriers. An exception will be for out of the ordinary additional requirements, which Northern Food Services reserves the right to charge as necessary to recover any extra expenses.
Northern Food Services will not except responsibility of any damage to product, due to forgotten or delay of pick-up this includes all circumstances.
Sales Tax Exemption
Any agency requiring Sales Tax Exemption must order by phone to the Order Desk, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm for confirmation and processing. On-line can not accept these orders.
